Costs

If you supply ONE* finished PDF we will convert it and host it for you for 12 months for £95* plus VAT [GB Pounds]. This includes supplying you with a web address to link to and/or html code for you to insert into your web site so that it can be displayed as an integrated page of your web site. Hosting for subsequent 12 months costs £25* plus VAT per annum. Please note that once a PDF has been approved and uploaded it cannot be amended without paying for an additional licence.

NB: If you activate your publication yourself using our international on-line shop system, you will be charged in US Dollars at a rate of $199 per publication. With the exchange rate changing on an almost daily basis at present, you might find it cheaper for us to activate your publication for you manually for £95 plus VAT - especially if you are outside the EEC and do not need to pay VAT. To do this, simply upload and preview your publication as normal but instead of clicking on the "activate your publication" link, either phone us on 01526 352919 or email info@independentwebpublishing.com with your phone number and publication name and we will call you to obtain payment by credit card.

[*If you have numerous publications you would like to convert, we also offer a TEN licence package at £750 plus VAT [£75 each] and a FIFTY license pack at £3,250 plus VAT [£65 each]. If you subscribe to one of these multi license options we will host ALL your publications in subsequent years for just £100 plus VAT.

If you would like us to create your publication for you, costs start from as little as £25 plus VAT if you supply us with a Word doc and simply need us to create your PDF for you. However, we can create a bespoke publication for you from scratch if required from as little as £250 plus VAT. We quote for this service without obligation.
