Independent Web Publishing is an innovative, cost effective way of publishing your brochures, literature, newsletters, journals or magazines on the Internet.

Using a simple upload facility, a standard PDF is converted to an online 3D interactive publication using FLASH which allows the pages to be “turned” by mouse or keyboard just like a conventional publication.

You can either upload your PDF yourself or you can send us a finished PDF and we will simply convert it, host it and send you a link or html code to enable you to display it from your web site as an external link or as part of an integrated page in your site, or we can design your publication for you from scratch, create the PDF and handle the entire html coding for you – or anywhere in between those two extremes!

Publications can be viewed via a pop up window, embedded in an iframe, or put it in a frame inside your website in order to keep your website menu.

As you can see, the result is that visitors to your web site, or recipients of your email, are able to view your on-line publication and turn the pages just as if they were holding it in their own hands.

The other huge benefits to this form of publishing are that you save money on printing and postage and save admin time packing them and sending them out. Your audience can not only read the publication on-line, they can also download the entire publication as a PDF or can use their own paper to print off specific pages. This is a huge environmental benefit as they only print the pages that they want.

If you supply ONE* finished PDF we will convert it, activate it and host it for you for 12 months for £95* plus VAT. This includes supplying you with a web address to link to and/or html code for you to insert into your web site so that it can be displayed as an integrated page of your web site. Hosting for subsequent 12 months costs £25* plus VAT per annum. Please note that once a PDF has been uploaded and approved it cannot be amended without paying for an additional licence.

NB: If you activate your publication yourself using our international on-line shop system, you will be charged in US Dollars at a rate of $199 per publication. With the exchange rate changing on an almost daily basis at present, you might find it cheaper for us to activate your publication for you manually for £95 plus VAT - especially if you are outside the EEC and do not need to pay VAT. To do this, simply upload and preview your publication as normal but instead of clicking on the "activate your publication" link, either phone us on 01526 352919 or email info@independentwebpublishing.com with your phone number and publication name and we will call you to obtain payment by credit card.

[*If you have numerous publications you would like to convert, we also offer a TEN licence package at £750 plus VAT [£75 each] and a FIFTY license pack at £3,250 plus VAT [£65 each]. If you subscribe to one of these multi license options we will host ALL your publications in subsequent years for just £100 plus VAT.

If you would like us to create your publication for you, costs start from as little as £25 plus VAT if you supply us with a Word doc or Publisher doc and simply need us to create your PDF for you. However, we can create a bespoke publication for you from scratch if required from as little as £250 plus VAT.
